Course Enrollments

We strive to deliver the highest quality cybersecurity education. However, if you find that a course does not meet your expectations, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

• Online, Self-Paced Courses: Due to the immediate access to digital materials and the intellectual property nature of the content, we generally do not offer refunds for self-paced online courses once the materials have been accessed.
• Live, Instructor-Led Batches: Refunds for live training must be requested at least 7 days before the start date of the batch. A processing fee of 15% will be deducted. No refunds will be issued once the batch has commenced.

Consulting & Enterprise Services

Refunds and cancellations for enterprise services (VAPT, audits, architecture reviews) are governed solely by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or contract signed before engagement.

• Deposits made to secure dates for manual penetration testing are non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled start date.
• If Zentra Cyber Academy fails to deliver the scope of work outlined in the agreement due to internal reasons, a pro-rated refund or credit will be issued.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error in billing or if you have a valid reason for a refund exception, please submit a formal request via email detailing your case.

Force Majeure

Zentra Cyber Academy is not liable for service interruptions or inability to access courses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, denial of service attacks, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
